If it’s small group training does that mean I have to get a few friends together to make a group?
No you just come along at a time that suits and join in with whoever is here.

But what if everyone is heaps fitter and stronger than me?
It doesn’t matter, everyone will be working at their own level – we tailor exercises to suit you.

I’ve never done free weights before…
You’ll learn everything you need to know in our strength sessions. And if you have done weights before, these are good sessions for improving your technique and getting better results.

But I’m a girl, I don’t want big muscles, I’m not sure if weights is a good idea for me…
Weights will help you get shapely arms, a firm bum and best of all, increasing your lean muscle mass means you will burn more calories!

So what do I need to wear/bring?
Wear something comfortable, like shorts, track-pants or tights and a t-shirt or singlet and decent sneakers. Bring a towel and maybe a water bottle, or you can buy some water from us if you forget.
