SMART TRAINING WITH SEXY RESULTS! Register online for a free trial visit 6-week courses two sessions a week: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12.30pm, or Boxing Bootcamp Mondays and Wednesdays 1.15pm. An interval training session similar to a circuit, usually in the studio, sometimes in the park if it suits us. Running around, jumping over things, throwing things, squats and lunges for the butt and of course more push-ups for the arms and sit-ups for the mid-section. An all-over workout! Boxing Bootcamp includes skipping, bag-work, pad-work and lots of punching drills with sit-ups and push-ups to finish. All workouts are 45mins. Having a studio to train in means we have more equipment, so you get more varied workouts = better results and you can never use bad weather as an excuse not to train! All boxing equipment provided.
