BOXING: Ever wondered why boxers are some of the fittest all-round athletes you’ll ever see? Boxing is a great workout. Boxing will improve your balance, coordination and confidence, not to mention give you great arms and give you the opportunity to get rid of a bit of aggression! The class may include bag-work, partner work, skipping, sit-ups and push-ups.
FIT: An interval training session similar to a circuit, out in the park, (unless its raining, or too dark, too hot etc, then we’re in the studio), running around, jumping over things, throwing things, squats and lunges for the butt and of course more push-ups for the arms and sit-ups for the mid-section. An all-over workout!
We recommend doing one of each but you are welcome to do both sessions boxing or both sessions FIT if you prefer one over the other.
