Private Sessions at MY GYM

You might want to consider personal training to get you started at MY GYM if:

  • You have or are recovering from an injury
  • Have a medical condition that might effect you whilst exercising
  • Have never been to a gym and feel a bit shy about joining in with other people who appear to know what they are doing
  • Want some sport specific training
  • Can't make it to our scheduled session times
  • Want to try something different to what we do in the group sessions - eg. kick-boxing, power-lifting, interpretive dancing
  • Need a bit of TLC

You can train with any of our trainers:

Maria, specialising in weightloss, boot-camp style training and how to look good in hotpants, Kate, boxing, weight-training, pre-natal and intellectual conversation, Lynsey, boxing/kick-boxing pre/post natal, flexibility and foreign languages and Mac, all of the above plus Mixed Martial Arts, scuba diving and general all round awesomeness.
