Having a baby is a wonderful and somewhat daunting experience! With a plethora of information out there on what you can/'t, should/n't do it can be difficult to know how to keep your training going. But you definitely should and you can do a range of exercises. Exercise during pregnancy will help keep you and your baby healthy. Then once you've had the baby - not only will it help you get back into shape but is valuable in helping combat post-natal depression and building the strength you need for your new lifestyle. Lynsey had her first baby in 2010 and with another on the way, is experienced in tailoring the sessions to suit you. Expectant mums can come along to any of our small group training sessions and we will tailor the session to suit you. Please just let Mac or Lynsey know that you are coming so that we can prepare alternative exercises for you. Strength sessions are suitable up to about 20 weeks. Post natal training works best as a one to one or one to two, and you can bring your baby along if they are ok in a pram or in a carrier (from 6 weeks to 6 months). Please text Lynsey on 0403621276 to let us know you are coming. Suitable for mums with non-mobile babies. A cardio and conditioning class with lots of push-ups, dips, squats and lunges. Interest permitting I can also add another class at 10.15am so email me if you're keen for that.
